Internal regulations and booking and cancellation conditions

The reservation will become effective and final after receipt of full payment.

Payment methods

Credit card, bank transfer, check or cash.

Tourist tax

The prices shown include the tourist tax.

Cancelation

Strict cancellation conditions:

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is 14 days or more away.
Refund up to 50% for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date.

Security Deposit / Caution

A security deposit of 400 euros is required for damages and will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
In case of damage, we will be entitled to charge for the value of the damages.

General rental conditions

Arrival and departure
Access to accommodations is from 3:00 PM. They must be vacated by the end of this period.
at 11:00 on the day of departure.

Use of premises
Customers will be responsible for maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the premises.
The vehicles will be parked in a nearby private parking lot.

Animals
Animals are not allowed.

Safety instructions
The cabins were built by the company NID-PERCHE®, a company
specialized, they comply with DTU 31.2 NF P 21-204 standards.
They are easily accessible by stairs.
The railings on the terraces have regulated heights.
The cabins are equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
Children are the sole responsibility of their parents. Les Cabanes de Provence disclaims all liability in case of accidents in the cabins, the shed, and their outdoor areas.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins, as is lighting candles (except in specific cases) and other combustible materials (stoves, kerosene lamps, barbecues, etc.). Alcohol consumption on the premises is the sole responsibility of the renter.

Rules of life
No parties or gatherings. Shoes must be removed inside the cabins. Any damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of the renter after inspection at checkout. A conformity check will be carried out during check-in. Do not use the griddle on the terrace.

The SPA
Use of the spa is not recommended for children under 5 years old. The owners waive all liability in case of accident. Showering is mandatory before using the spa. Eating is not permitted inside the spa.

The Sauna
The sauna is forbidden for children.

Household linen
Bed linen and towels are provided.
As bedspreads and curtains are of high quality, any damage or soiling will result in compensation (dry cleaning bill).

Acceptance of the internal regulations
Booking one of our cabins or the cabanon implies acceptance of these regulations.
